Processing Policy
Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders. All items are handcrafted and some made to order. Remember it may take less time than indicated above.
Wholesale orders allow 7-14 Business days to process your wholesale orders.Remember it may take less time than indicate above.

Shipping Policy
Shipment
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.Please be aware delays may occasionally occur. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Please understand as a result of Covid-19 Shipping may be delayed Due to the carriers protocol. If you would like your shipping to be expedited please select the appropriate Shipping option.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
PaToli Collection ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
PaToli Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
